Hilarious and heartbreaking, this is one of those books that stays with you long after you reach the end. The narrator, a forty-something man named Martin, recalls attending a Led Zeppelin concert in Glasgow back when he was a seriously dorky 15-year old. Outside of his few friends, and his hysterically funny fantasy life, Led Zeppelin was his whole world. Even if you’re not a Zeppelin fan, you can probably remember your teenage self loving a band so much it hurt. The concert, and events directly after, mark a turning point in his life.

It’s not a coincidence that the main character is named Martin. In an interview with 3:AM magazine, Miller says of the book, ”A lot of it is autobiographical but there's a lot of shaping and reshaping, to make it a satisfying story.”
